Port Lincoln is located on the Lower Eyre Peninsula of South Australia, a 45 minute flight from Adelaide or a 650 kilometre road trip.
Since being discovered by Matthew Flinders in 1802, Port Lincoln has gone on to become the seafood capital of Australia with the largest commercial fishing fleet in the Southern Hemisphere. Our fishing pioneers lead the way, with innovations to the industry that made Port Lincoln the world leader in sustainable Bluefin Tuna farming.
We are situated on the shores of beautiful Boston Bay, which is one of the largest protected natural harbours in the world and three times the size of Sydney Harbour. Port Lincoln is a regional city of 16,000 people. We have fantastic food, wine, luxury accommodation, incredible wildlife and we are the only place in Australia you can cage dive with the Great White Sharks.
