White Christmas Sour

We love our wine, but we also love an excuse to shake things up.
New Christmas cocktails will be back from November 1. 

In the meantime, check out this recipe from Restaurant Manager, Kristie Brockmuller, which was a hit last year. 

Recipe 

Ingredients 

45mls Roku Gin

30mls Chambord

30mls egg white

45mls fresh lime juice

15mls sugar syrup

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker, add ice and shake. Double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a crushed candy cane.
