Ingredients
45mls Roku Gin
30mls Chambord
30mls egg white
45mls fresh lime juice
15mls sugar syrup
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker, add ice and shake. Double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a crushed candy cane.
